Abstract One of the obligations of Public Instance Unit a.ka Satker in the scope of the Directorate General of Treasury (DJPBN) is to administer all transactions relating to the use of state funds for implementation of the budget unit. One of the goals of the administration of the transaction is a cash generating reports and a state budget that accurate and reliable. The State Treasury General Directorat (DJPBN) had already released various aplications in addition to help their Satker in transaction administrating. The objectives are creating the accurate and realible cash and budget realization reports. Some of applications which are available today has not been integrated between one and another. Those become obstacles to reach efficient and effective data transaction and management. On this Final Project, the Administration Module of the State Financial Management Information System (SIAPKAN) is developed. Designed to integrate all applications which existing now used by the Satker. SIAPKAN is a Web Based application using Java (Java Servlet and JSP) and PostgreSQL Database Management System technology. By using Java programming language and Database Management System (DBMS) PostgreSQL, the Administration v
vi Module which is the main focus of this Final Project has became the first gate on SIAPKAN application. Through the Administration Module the needs of others Module on SIAPKAN can be fulfilled. Various menu on the Administration Module there are user configurations, user roles, Working Time, Help, and Backup data menu are available for Administrator as a user. Thus the needs of data management for each module can be operated well.
