Pirates Spring Training Tabling Guidelines 2013 McKechnie Field, Bradenton Thank you for your support of Pirates Spring Training! We look forward to assisting you to make your tabling experience a success at McKechnie Field. Please read the guidelines below and contact your Pirates representative with any further questions or concerns. Thank you! 

The Pirates will provide an eight (8) foot table, tablecover, and two (2) chairs. If you have your own branded table cover, you are welcome to use it.

If your company is the title sponsor of the day’s game, you will receive four (4) tickets to the game. Otherwise, you will receive two (2) tickets. Please contact your Pirates representative at least two (2) days prior to the game to confirm that you would like the tickets and to provide a name that they should be left under at the will call window for pickup.

Your table needs to be setup and ready to go by 10:15 AM for day games and 4:15 PM for night games. This is a very strict deadline as gates open promptly at 11:00 AM for day games and 5:00 PM for night games. When we have special group outings booked, the gates open earlier for those groups (10:30 AM and 4:30 PM respectively). If you are not setup by the above times, you may forfeit your tabling opportunity at that game. Please contact your Pirates representative ASAP if you are running late on the day of the game.

You may bring giveaways and brochures to distribute from the table. However, no money may be collected or items sold from the table. Please email your Pirates representative a list of items you plan to giveaway so they can be approved prior to the gameday.

Please email your Pirates representative the names of the people who will be working the booth at least two (2) days prior to the gameday. Two (2) representatives are allowed to be at the table; however, if you feel you’ll need additional staffing, please submit your request prior to the gameday and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Credentials will be created for those representatives that will be valid for each game you are tabling at.

Staff for the table will need to enter in through the middle gate of the stadium along 9 th Street West that is marked as the “Media & Staff Entrance”. The credentials will be there for pickup. You will be allowed to pull up to the curb and unload any items you’re bringing with you at this gate.

When you check in with security at the gate, you will also be given a parking pass for the Boys & Girls Club lot behind centerfield. The parking pass will be good for each game you’re tabling at.

Your table will be located along the concourse (exact location TBD by the Pirates). When you arrive, please see a Pirates representative in the ticket office to determine your table’s exact location.

All boxes need to be hidden from view at your table. You may store them underneath the table. If you have empty boxes to dispose of, please see a Pirates representative to assist you with removal.

A representative from your organization must remain at the table at all times. If you need to leave prior to the end of the game, please notify a Pirates staff member prior to break down.

Tents and non-tabletop signage is prohibited unless approval is granted by the Pirates prior to the gameday.
