BIOS Rabbi Miriam Maron, Ph.D, R.N., is a Soul Healer with the inner wisdom and strength to boldly take people into the otherwise unfathomable depths of their soul-self, and there, at the very vortex of their persona, to heal, to repair, to transform, and finally to emerge anew as the Phoenix rising out of the ashes. Her chants and teachings empower and inspire us, enrich and endow us, with sacred breath of Wind, Water, and Fire -- through spirit, fluidity, and passion. Her teachings are delivered from the deepest recesses of her heart, carried to the listener on wings of conviction. She is an erudite scholar of both her people’s written and oral traditions, and a pioneer in restoring to her

What they say about Miriam: "Miriam's beautiful voice, like her presence, is an oasis of peace. Her songs and teachings make us aware that there are other dimensions within us that are just as real and present as the fear, the noise and the challenge of our everyday lives. She is a path to the gifts of our soul to which we can return and refresh ourselves in our sometimes wearying journey." --Peter Yarrow (of the musical group Peter, Paul, and Mary)

“Rabbi Miriam Maron is an incomparable healer who embodies the capacities, skills, and knowledge requisite of a shamanic master. Her humor, insight, and singing will soothe all your heartaches away.”-- Avram Rubin, M.A., Ph.D., Sefad, ISRAEL Psychotherapist, Anthropologist

Father of four and grandfather of eight, Rabbi Winkler flavors his teaching-style with hefty doses of stand-up humor and spirited chants. His most recent books, Magic of the Ordinary: Recovering the Shamanic in Judaism and Daily

Kabbalah: Wisdom from the Tree of Life, encapsulate his nearly two decades of study and practice of the long-lost mystery wisdom of what he calls “Aboriginal Judaism.”

“She touches my soul... she is a great priestess whose chants and teachings are truly stunningly beautiful and represent an evolutionary leap in Hebrew mystical consciousness.” -- Dr. Mariana Caplan, PH.D., author of Eyes Wide Open: Cultivating Discernment of the Spiritual Path (Winner of 5 National Book Awards)

_________________________________ Gershon Winkler is a widely recognized scholar in the fields of Jewish law, lore, history, theology, and mysticism. Rabbi Winkler has devoted much of the past two decades to writing and teaching about the lesserpromulgated wisdoms of Judaism and to ancient Hebraic and Aramaic scriptural interpretation. Initiated in Jerusalem by the late Kabbalistic Master Rabbi Eliezer Benseon, Gershon is a charismatic teacher whose life is as unconventional as is his mindset. His nonmainstream exploits have won him media recognition, including a Front Page feature in the Wall Street Journal, a segment on the PBS series Religion and Ethics Newsweekly, and detailed coverage in Israel’s Ha’aretz, Chayyim Acherim Magazine, and The Jerusalem Post. Gershon has also served as spiritual teacher and life-cycle facilitator for Jewish communities across New Mexico, Colorado, and Montana. Until four years ago, he lived near Cuba, New Mexico, where he founded the Walking Stick Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the recovery and preservation of indigenous Jewish spirituality -- currently headquartered in Thousand Oaks, California.

What they say about Gershon: “With wit and wisdom, Rabbi Gershon renders user-friendly the more cryptic teachings of lesser-known Kabbalistic source texts and oral traditions in order to inspire and inform our lives.” -- Andrew Weil, M.D., author of Spontaneous Healing and Eating Well for Optimum Health

”Combines the wit of actor Robin Williams with the wisdom of the Ba’al Shem Tov.” -- The Jerusalem Post

“His knowledge is a universe away from the glib superficiality of pop mysticism and mass market ‘spirituality.’” -- The Jewish Community Update, Sedona, Arizona

"There’s an old Native American saying: ‘If it doesn’t grow corn, what good is it?’ Gershon Winkler grows corn. He celebrates the wind. He is the friend of Spider, Magpie, and Lizard. He lives with storms. With the crash of lightning. With rainbows. He is a Laughing Buddha and a Coyote Trickster." -- David Carson, Choctaw Elder and Pipe Carrier; Author of Crossing into Medicine Country; co-author of Medicine Cards: The Discovery of Power Through the Ways of Animals
