Spring Turkey: Shotgun will be allowed. All Federal, State and Lykes rules apply. Muzzleloading:  Will be allowed on NHAC. All Federal, State and Lykes rules apply. Crossbow: Will be allowed if Member or guest holds a state issued permit. All Federal, State and Lykes rules apply. Other Events:  You will be allowed to hunt Duck, Dove, Quail, and Snipe as long as the Member has a vote of more then 60% (6) of the Members. These types of events must be arranged and organized by the member and approved by the Lease Manager. These events will only take place on a Saturday or Sunday. Shotguns will be allowed for all upland hunting (dogs will be permitted). All Federal, State and Lykes rules apply. ◦ Sidearms: Only Members (key holders) are allowed to carry sidearms for self defense purposes while on NHAC.  No member will be allowed to discharge their weapon on the premises unless there is an emergency: target practice with firearms is not permitted at any location. Members carrying a sidearm must have the weapon in view at all times - worn in clipped holsters. Any member who brings a guest with a weapon must inform that guest that no firearms are allowed - even if it is legal, for them to carry a weapon at all times (e.g. anyone in law enforcement). If that is the case for an argument, tell them to stay home. NHAC is not under any obligation to admit a guest who does not abide by the NHAC rules.

• GAME: There is no limit or restriction on hunting hogs. Members are encouraged to kill has many hogs as possible. ◦ Buck: NHAC has an 8-point rule. Members must follow all state and Lykes regulations regarding the Buck Harvest. The club quota this season is

(22) 8-point bucks. There will be no individual Member limit regarding bucks: each member can kill as often as they are able until the total club quota is filled. Buck carcasses must be weighed, bottom jaw cut and cleaned and.

If there is any member that does not adhere to this rule they will be fined and harvest privileges will be taken away. Members wishing to mount their trophies should request their taxidermist to preserve the jawbone appropriately.

◦ Doe: Each member will receive three (3) doe tags. As mentioned previously, there is a procedure to earn additional tags. Doe carcasses must be weighed, bottom jaw cut and cleaned and tagged per clubs regulations. If there is any member that does not adhere to this rule they will be fined and harvest privileges will be rescinded.

< campsite > • CAMP LOCATION: All campsites will be situated on the borders of Hackletrap Hammock. • DWELLINGS: All trailers or cabins must conform to camp specifications: they must be clean on the

exterior (no mildew, dirt, broken glass, peeling paint, etc.) and level. All camps will be setup in an orderly, pristine appearance: no loose items shall be visible at the camp, therefore it is inappropriate to store items under trailers, behind them or on top of them. Lumber, pipes, barrels, junk and anything ugly should be stored inside a shed, trailer or storage container (built and positioned to club specifications). During an unexpected windstorm this will protect your inventory and prevent your items from damaging another members’ camp.   ◦ Shed Roofs: All roofs on sheds, dwellings and any enclosure that resembles a “shed” are to be maintained.

◦ Wood Decks: All decks are to be level and in good condition - not rotted boards. ◦ Tarps: All tarps and overhead structures must be maintained in like-new condition. If tarps become torn, tattered or punctured, take them down for repair and/or replace them.

• SANITATION: All camp sites must be left in a clean, orderly fashion when the member departs. Remove ALL trash.  This is critical in preventing pest infestation (possums, raccoons, rats and bears). Corn bags will be burned, removed or secured in your trailer when the member leaves camp.

◦ Plumbing: All water pipes and electrical fixtures should run underground or installed unobtrusively. Water supply barrels cannot be placed in trees. All well pumps and pressure tanks must be enclosed. Septic tanks installations should have prior approval from Lease Manager.

◦ Generators: In order to minimize the noise level, generators must be enclosed. Generator noise must meet an acceptable tolerance level or you will be notified to replace them.

◦ Fuel Storage: All propane tanks must be set above the ground and painted. Any propane tanks that are rusty must be painted or replaced. No

batteries are to be visible or left on the ground. Gas cans must also be stored above the ground and oil is not to be poured into the ground, but removed with you when you leave camp for proper environmental disposal.

◦ Firepits: Construct and maintain proper fire pits for safety and cleanliness. If your pit overflows its stone boundaries, dig it out. No cans, metal, glass or plastic should be left unburned in your pit.

• DOGS: Dogs are allowed at North Hackletrap, however, it the member’s responsibility to keep their animal(s) under reasonable control. The member will be asked to remove their animal promptly if there is any problem/complaint.

• CORN SHED: All members are welcome to use the onsite corn supply by just recording the member’s name, date and the number of bags taken. Cash

and checks are not to be left onsite. Invoices will be sent via email, charging for the corn at the prevailing market rate + $.50 per bag. When a member receives his bill, he must pay immediately by mailing a check. Simple! NOTE: If a member doesn’t check his e-mail or have his wife’s/girlfriend’s/kid’s e-mail -- don’t use the corn shed! Late payments will be assessed a 50 dollar fee! If a member develops an unreliable payment history, he will lose his privilege to buy from the corn shed. Please close the shed door tightly so we don’t have an animal problem.
