NINE
The S.S. American, sailing from New York to England, carries an unusual group of passengers. As it turns out, Hope Harcourt is Billy Crocker's long-lost love. Unfortunately, she is now engaged to a wealthy Englishman, Lord Evelyn Oakleigh. After a series of comedic happenings, Billy manages to win back Hope. Meanwhile, Billy's friend, Reno, manages to seduce and win Lord Evelyn. All this happens while Moonface Martin attempts to escape the law and Hope's mother strives to maintain her social status.
Based on Italian director Federico Fellini’s comic masterpiece of biographical filmmaking, Maury Yeston’s sultry and enchanting musical follows the life of the arrogant world famous film director Guido Contini. He is struggling to find purpose for his latest film endeavor so he searches for inspiration from his wife, his mistress, his muse, and his mother. Once shooting begins, Guido struggles to define the line between life and art.
ONCE UPON A MATTRESS
THE DROWSY CHAPERONE
Queen Aggravain has ruled that no one in the kingdom may marry until her son, Prince Dauntless, does. However, she has managed to sabotage every princess that come along. When Sir Harry and Lady Larken learn that they are going to be parents, wed or not, he finds Princess Winnifred to present to the queen. She is horrified and immediately begins to scheme, but Winnifred, with some help from Sir Harry, the King, and the Jester, isn't going to be quite so easy to get rid of.
The show revolves around one musical theatre fan’s obsession with a fictional show from the 1920s - ‘The Drowsy Chaperone’. As he listens to the recording, the characters come to life in his apartment. This is the story of a Broadway actress, Janet Van De Graaff, who wants to marry the debonair Robert Martin and give up her stage career. Janet’s producer, Mr. Feldzie, must stop the wedding because if she quits show business, he'll lose his job!
DEATHTRAP This Ira Levin play has many twists and turns! Accomplished writer Sidney Bruhl finds himself struggling to write the next big play. After several flops, he becomes desperate.
