The following documents are specified for submission along with tender. a) List of personnel, Organisation available on hand and proposed to be engaged for the subject work. b) List of Plant & Machinery available on hand (own) and proposed to be inducted (own and hired to be given separately) for the subject work. c) List of works completed in the last three financial years giving description of work, Organisation for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award and date of schedule completion work. Date of actual start, actual completion and final value of contract should also be given. d) List of works on hand indicating description of work, contract value and approximate value of balance work yet to be done and date of award. Note:i. In case of items (c) and (d) above, supportive documents/certificates from the Organization with whom they worked/are working should be enclosed. ii. Certificate from private individuals for whom such works are executed/being executed will not be accepted. 1. The prescribed tender forms for the above said work can be downloaded from internet or obtained from the office of the Sr.DMM /S.E.C.Rly./ Raipur on working days from 09.07.2013 (12.00 hrs.) to 24.07.2013 up to 12.00 hrs. on production of money receipt of requisite amount mentioned against cost of tender form, non refundable issued by Divisional Cashier, Bilaspur/Nagpur/ Raipur or Station Master of any Station over S.E.C. Railway. 2. Tender documents can be seen and downloaded from the SECR website also. The address of the SECR website in www.secr.indianrailways.gov.in. The cost of the tender form will have to be deposited in the form of DD issued in favour of FA & CAO/S.E.C.Rly. payable at Raipur or original money receipt deposited with divisional cashier, Bilaspur/Raipur/Nagpur or Station Master of any Station over S.E.C. Railway along with the tender document at the time of submission/dropping of tender document into tender box. Tender without cost of downloaded tender-form will summarily be rejected. 3. Tender form duly filled in may be sent by registered post/speed post to office of the Sr.DMM/ S.E.C.R./Raipur so as to reach by 26.07.2013 before 15.00 Hrs. 4. Tender box will be kept ready on and from 19.07.2013 (12.00 hrs.) to 26.07.2013 (15.00 hrs.) during working day’s in the office of the Sr. DMM/S.E.C.Rly., DRM Office Complex, Raipur (C.G.) for dropping of the tender. 5. Tender box will be closed at 15.00 hrs. on 26.07.2013 and will be opened at 15.30 hrs. on 26.07.2013 at office of the Sr. DMM/S.E.C.Rly./Raipur, DRM Office Complex, Raipur (C.G.) 6. The tenderer’s name, address, tender notice no. & tender opening date should be written clearly on the sealed cover in Hindi or English. 7. Tender received without earnest money will be rejected summarily. Earnest money to be deposited in favour of FA & CAO, S.E.C. Railway duly accounted by in favour of the tenderer in cash or any of the forms as mentioned in latest amendment to General Condition of Contract (Works) will be acceptable. Tenders against PEMD/SEMD of construction Organisation /or other divisional/or zonal offices will not be accepted. Joint venture/MOU/Consortium shall not be accepted. 8. Tender form is not transferable. 9. Tender with any special condition will be rejected. 10. Every tenderer is expected to conduct his own survey at the site of works personally before dropping the tender.
11. The Railway Administration reserves the right to modify, cancel or discharge a part of or complete tender without assigning any reason to the tenderer. 12. In case the date of tender opening is declared Bandh or Holiday, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time. This Tender Notice is also available at www.secr.indianrailways.gov.in.
