A Sampling of 2013 Innovations
The 5 second Axle Slider
For some time now, we have had people (including our company president) who wanted to run axle sliders on their track bikes, but could not put up with the extra time that axle sliders added to a wheel change. After much R&D, Woodcraft is proud to unveil our patent pending quick release sliders that provide the protection of a solid slider puck (a company trademark) while adding only 5 seconds to a wheel change. We are really excited about this new line, be sure to check them out on page 31.
Woodcraft Solid Bar End Sliders
Now available for all Woodcraft handlebars, these heavy duty sliders feature the tradmark Woodcraft solid slider for maximum protection. Designed just like our top selling frame slider line, the slider pucks are quickly replaced with the removal of a single bolt that is easy to access after a fall (as opposed digging out a typical center mount bolt). They are availble in three styles; lightweight for competition, heavyweight for vibration damping, and with a special mount for our patent pending hand / lever guards. See more on page 4.
High Grip, Energy Absorbing Footpegs
These new pegs were tested all throughout 2012 and got rave reviews for the extra grip that they provided on the racetrack. They have been described as “striking the perfect balance between foot grip and boot sole life”. In addition, Woodcraft added a break-away section at the end, designed to absorb much of the energy of a big fall, but still leaving a rider with enough peg to continue riding when possible. These pegs are now standard on about 75% of the Woodcraft rearset kits.

Bar Mount Brake Reservoir Bracket
Built for bikes that present challenges in mounting the brake reservoir, this trick bracket will do the job. This bracket allows the reservoir to be oriented either parallel or perpendicular to the bar. Note- All Riser Clip-Ons (p.4) require this style of mount.

2008+ Kawasaki Ninja 250/300
The new Ninja 250 is a great bike for both the street and track, new or experienced riders. We sat down and designed a set of risers just for this cool machine. The result is a set of 37mm Risers with a rider-friendly 5-degree angle that offer a vastly better racing position while not interfering with the gauges, tank and fairing. (12-4537)
Ducati Monster 696 / 796 / 1100
The front end design of this motorcycle makes difficult to install conventional clip-ons or risers without interference issues with the fuel tank. Our unique adaptor plate design bolts on top of the stock handlebar mount, keeping all of the stock clearances while giving you the advantage of having replaceable bar tubes, plus the ability to add extra rise to the bars at any time. (12-1660) Note: This kit requires extra long replacement bars, which are included with the kit.
Ducati Panigale
Ducati Panigale stabilizer mount
Ducati’s first all new, from the ground up superbike in 2 decades provided some challenges when designing clip-ons. The OEM clip-ons have the steering stabilizer mount directly to them making conventional race clip-ons a problem. Our new Panigale kit comes with a stabilers mount allowing you to run race clip-ons while keeping your stock stabilizer.
Honda CBR600RR 07+/CBR1000RR 08+
Honda designed this motorcycle with extremely tight clearance between the handlebars & bodywork, leaving no room for conventional race clip-ons for riders with the stock upper fairing stay. We have developed special risers for these models (12-2548 for the CBR600RR) (12-1550 for the CBR1000RR) allowing the benefits of a race clip-on while keeping the stock clearances.
Honda CBR250R 2011+
When we looked at this bike, one thing that we all agreed on is that the bars needed to be lower. Our CBR250R clip-ons bolt on top of the top clamp and drop the handlebars a full 1.5” from stock, making for a much sportier feel. (12-1537)
Suzuki GSXR 600/750 2006-10, GSXR 1000 2003-04
Woodcraft’s are the only clip-ons that fit the 03-04 Suzuki GSX-R 1000 (track only) and 06-10 Suzuki GSX-R 600/750’s (street & track) properly. Due to the fork taper regular clip-ons cannot grasp the fork leg correctly. With its internal step, Woodcraft’s exclusive 2-piece clamp ensures a secure grip! Just about everyone we talked to knows someone who has crashed due to their brake lever coming into contact with another rider. Our new hand guard line not only prevents inadvertant lever contact but also helps to protect your hands during a crash by keeping them out of harms way. We have a few friends whose pinky fingers have been “shortened” in a crash....
Adjustability
Our patent-pending design mounts to any 7/8” handlebar and is adjustable for any sized levers. The unique 30 degree down angle helps to keep the guards from interfering with the riders hands while on the track.
Durability
Each mount is machined from tough 6061-T6 aluminum with a durable anodized finish. The guards are made from a special plastic that is tough enough to withstand an impact but pliable enough not to splinter in a crash. Replacement plastic guards are available individually.

Our rearset kits can use OEM pedals (whenever possible) to give you less expensive puchase options and to make spares easy to find. Our Full Kits include Woodcraft’s 3-piece pedals, giving you a even stronger assembly and continuing our tradition of easy part replacement.
New For 2013 : High Grip Break-Away Footpegs Now available on most rearsets. These pegs are designed to break off in a crash, saving the rearset bracket while still leaving enough peg to finish the race or ride back to the pits.

CFMotorsports rearset kits are CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and offer more than twice the durability of OEM rearset brackets. 6061-T6 is not only strong, but can bend without cracking, making our kits repairable.

What is GP-shift?
GP-shift is the common term for reversing the shift pattern of your motorcycle. A bike equipped with GP-shift engages first gear by pulling UP on the shift lever and is primarily done for racetrack applications.

Brake Switches & Pedal Springs Brake Light Switches
These parts make it possible to retain the rear brake light function when using our Woodcraft Rearset Kits. The switch is pressure activated and replaces the banjo bolt that connects the rear brake line to the rear master cylinder. When we were talking to our racers about warmer use we couldn’t find one person who hadn’t seen a warmer damaged when it was accidentally left plugged in. As a result,Woodcraft brings another innovation to the table with the first safety disconnect cord ever used on a warmer. Power to the warmer is cut the moment you remove it, saving you from expensive and unsafe ‘accidents’!
Power Efficient
Woodcraft’s engineering allows our warmers to run on only 1,000 watts (20% less than the competition) while still supplying maximum heat. When power gets low the Woodcraft warmers will get you heat when the others fail.
Heat Retaining Curtains
Months of testing have shown us that heat loss at the edge of the tire is the greatest factor when it comes to retaining heat from the warmer. As a result, Woodcraft has solved this problem with our elasticized insulating fleece side curtains which not only dramatically cut tire heat loss but also saw a 10 degree gain in rim temperature!

Woodcraft’s tire warmers fit a wide range of tire sizes. Our front warmer will fit widths from 100-125, and the rear warmer works on sizes from 150-200.

Race Stand
Our Race Stand (pictured above) is for use with bikes equipped with swingarm spools (page 22) and features a wide-mouth deep-V receiver that is easy to line up and secure upon lifting. Designed at 14” on center it fits most bikes. It is easily adjustable if it is necessary to be slightly wider or narrower. Simply place the stand on it’s side and adjust. The position will hold.
Pad Stand
For bikes that aren’t equipped with swingarm spools we offer up our Pad Stand. Outfitted with 1” diameter solid steel lift pivots that roll easily and won’t bend or break like other stands. Our pivots have super tacky rubber pads to prevent slippage and Teflon-coated bushing to keep the stand operating smoothly. The Pad Stand is fully-adjustable from 11-14”.

Axle Sliders The 5 Second Slider
Hexed slider base acts as a axle removal tool.
Our new line of axle sliders features a Quick Realese that adds no more than 5 seconds to a wheel change. They are designed so that only 1 puck needs to come off to remove the axle. Simply pull the pin and the puck comes right off. If you ever need to change a puck after a fall, it’s the fastest repair you’ll ever make!

Ceramic Bearings Wheel & Engine Kits
How do you get that Factory-Race bike advantage? One of the secrets is ceramic bearings that are used in nearly every AMA Superbike, World Superbike, MotoGP, and Professional Drag Race motor around the world! Less weight, less friction and less surface wear equals more horsepower in your motor, simple as that.
Reduced Rotating Mass
The ceramic balls in these hybrid bearings are over 60% lighter than their steel counterparts resulting in faster acceleration and reduced inertial loads.
Low Friction - Less Vibration
The coefficient of friction for the ceramic balls is an average of 3x’s lower than steel. When you combine this with the high tolerances for roundness you get a bearing that has dramatically lowers vibration levels and produces more horsepower.
Preservation
Due to the unique properties of the ceramic balls these bearings have vastly reduced surface wear when compared to steel balls. The reduction in wear eliminates a large portion of the oil contaminates, thus prolonging lubricant life.

Payment Terms
All orders will be shipped prepaid unless other arrangements have been made. Personal checks are not accepted. Credit card orders must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card.
Returns
No item will be accepted without prior approval. All returns must be authorized within fifteen (15) days of receipt of order. All returns must be accompanied with a return authorization (RA) number and must be in new and unused condition. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Returns must have a clearly marked RA number and customer name on the outside of the box. No returns will be accepted on close-out or special order items.
