PENGANTAR -

Teknik proyeksi Bisnis merupakan suatu cara atau pendekatan untuk menentukan ramalan (perkiraan) mengenai sesuatu di masa yang akan datang.

Penentuan Akurasi forcasting 1. Data yang relevan: Jenis, Sifat dan sumber, data kualitatif dan kuntitatif 2. Teknik peramalan: kualitatif dan kuantitatif 1. Ft = Xt + Xt-1 + Xt-2 ….+ Xt-n+1 N Karakteristik Single Moving Average Untuk menentukan ramalan pada periode yang akan datan memerlukan data historis selama jangka waktu tertentu Semakin panjang jangka waktu average semakin halus efek pelicinannya

DECOMPOSITION METHOD TREND

Tren adalah rata-rata perubahan dalam jangka panjang Tren Linier Trend Parabolik Tran eksponensial

TREND LINIER BEBAS Trend Bebas yaitu penarikan garis trend tanpa menggunakan formula matematis yaitu digunakan dengan metoda bebas, namun bukan berarti tanpa pertimbangan.

TREND SETENGAH RATA -RATA Data yang ada dibagi dua kelompok dengan jumlah yang sama Tahun dasar ada pada tengh -tengah kelompik I Pada masing-masing kelompok ditentukan nilai X, semitotal dan semi average Jumlah nilai X pada kelompok I harus nol Proyeksi di tahun yang akan datang tergantung berapa besarnya nilai X
