Director’s notes: Thanks to everyone at Unknown Theatre for letting me try something new - again – and for working so hard to pull it all together. The plays you see this evening have not had the easiest of rehearsal periods, but thanks to everyone’s dedication and commitment, we did it! We come to you tonight fresh from our appearance at last week’s Glamorgan Drama League’s One-Act Play Festival, when Checkers won the Youth Award. Sure Thing was too short to be a formal entry, but the Adjudicator praised the production in her overview of the Festival, remarking on how much everyone had enjoyed it. So now it’s your turn. Thank you for supporting The Unknown Theatre Company and we hope you enjoy the show.
