DESCRIPTION Analyser is useful for energy meter testing, checking of current transformer, determination of phase rotation and three-phase circuits symmetry, harmonic analysis and vector diagram plotting. Results are correct also for signals with distortion (True RMS). Automatic range changing and matching to network voltage increase device compatibility. Type of measurement is selected from keyboard. Internal memory allows data recording, with cyclic saving more than 4000 (more than 2000 in older version) measurement results. Analyser with Dietz clamps is placed in measuring box.
PURPOSE Analyser is assigned for measurements and recording of one-phase and three-phase network parameters. Results of measurements are shown on display and, through RS232 interface, can be sent to computer and printed. ANOT-10 can measure: one-phase and multi-phase voltage in one- and three-phase circuits, phase currents, active, reactive and apparent power in one- and three-phase circuits and in Aron circuit, active power of arbitrary combination of currents and voltages (for checking connection correctness in three phase circuit), active, reactive and apparent energy, energy meter error and ratio of current transformers, frequency, harmonics and transients, angle between currents and voltages in three phase circuit.

DESCRIPTION Control meter accuracy is defined at level 0.1%. Direct and indirect (Dietz clamps) currents inputs extend meter’s usability. It is possible to connect meter head (e.g. GL-10) and hand probe (e.g. GR-10) for checking slow-running meters. The possibility of test report direct printing on thermal printer, connected to control meter is a very useful facility. LK-10 meter enables determining the error of meter’s counter, direction of phase rotation and measurements (True RMS) of voltages, currents, power and energy. Control meter is small and lightweight, its safety and tightness enclosure

DESCRIPTION Meter test device TL-1 has suitable ABS enclosure and a leather case, which make easy handling of device and its accessories. TL-1 is energized from internal battery or power network, from which tested meter is supplied. In upper part of enclosure there is a socket with pin probes (or cables) and Neutral cable, ended with clamp for connection to meter’s terminal strip. The socket for measuring head (for automatic uncertainty measurements of induction and electronic meters) is placed in bottom part of enclosure. The head with a stand is an optional accessory of device TL-1. The device TL-1 is equipped with keyboard and LCD display for showing measurements results and messages. In TL-1 memory are saved 12 mostly occurred meter’s factors, but user can insert any other factor. Before start of meter checking, user should disconnect meter’s current coil from consumer electric circuit. Current flow through meter’s current coil is forced by internal TL-1 circuit. This solution made possible elimination of additional device for meter’s load (e.g. so-called dryer). TL-1 device enables meter testing with power about 1000 W, and measurement of meter’s starting current using step load (with step 5 W) in range 5÷65 W, what is 0.5% of rated current for many meters. Advantages: • no external power source, which emits a lot of heat, • quick connection to meter (disconnected only meter’s load), • display of percentage error of checked meter, • power supply from measuring circuit, • leather case for device with accessories.
PURPOSE Microprocessor controlled device TL-1 is assigned for quick “on-site” meter testing. Percentage error of meter and its starting current are checked. Easy maintenance and simple connection make possible checking of almost every induction and electronic meter, in one- or three-phase circuit. “On –site” test requires only disconnection of the meter’s current coil from “after-meter” consumer’s circuit.

DESCRIPTION
PURPOSE
Hydrocal 1003-1005 (MTE Meter Test Equipment, Switzerland) Intelligent system for the individual measurement of dissolved gas in oil contents:
Monitoring system SMT-EE is designed for transformer on-line diagnostics. It consists of Hydrocal device for gas-in-oil and moisturein-oil measurements, ZVCM 1001 device for bushings monitoring and SMT software for data visualization and processing. Additional signals from temperature sensors and current transformers could be use in system, what allows calculation of hot-spot and insulation ageing rate.

ethylene (C2H4) – model 1005 and moisture (H2O) in the insulating oil of power transformers. Hydrocal is mounted on a valve on the transformer tank, without necessity of transformer switch-off. Graphical firmware Hydrosoft enables Hydrocal parameters setting and data reading from memory. Hydrocal is equipped with communication interfaces for connection with external systems. Software associated with Hydrocal 1003/1005 system allows: •
on-line, remote monitoring of all measured values,

SMT software is made on ASIX platform, which is widely used for creation SCADA/HMI systems. Besides displaying actual results of gas-in-oil and moisture-in-oil concentration measurements, bushings parameters and other measured quantities, it signalizes transformer status as normal, warning and alarm. Data, obtained form Hydrocal and ZVCM devices are stored in database, and allow determination of trends in chosen time period. SMT enables both visualization of cooling system parameters and OLTC status, in co-operation with cooling system controller. SMT software provides many possibilities of event reports and graphical presentation of data. It can collaborate with other systems, according to Windows data exchange standards (OLE servers, DDE, OLE2, OLE DB protocols). SMT is fully scalable and can be matched for monitoring of single transformer, as also several units in substation or power plant.

DESCRIPTION Meter MND-26 is microprocessor-based mobile device for switch contacts anticoincidence determination in cycles: W, Z, WZ, ZW, WZW, with taking into account arming time too. Measurement can be started internally – it performs automatically in predetermined time, or it can be initiated by external voltage signal 110 ÷ 220 V AC/DC. It is possible to start measurement by changing state of one contact (only anticoincidence measurement, but without necessity of voltage control of switch). The results are stored in memory and displayed on LCD screen. It is possible to print results on internal printer (Kafka type) and send them to computer or pendrive, using USB interface. Duration of contacts vibration can be read from printed copy or from recorded time diagram, using computer software. During time and current measurements, voltage of switch coils supply is measured too. Meter with printer is placed in suitcase and can be supplied from internal battery. Charging device is built in meter, printer is optional accessory.
PURPOSE Switch contacts anticoincidence meter MND-26 is designated for simultaneous measurement of open and close times up to 6 switch contacts, what enables determination of their operation anticoincidence. This meter allows analogue signals recording (e.g. currents in switching on and off coils and arming current).
