Update, March 2018 Maximise learning with critical reflection Developing EmployABILITY project lead Professor Dawn Bennett has been working with Professor Carol Evans on a series of student resources and educator guides focused on critical reflection and feedback. Critical reflection helps students get the most from their learning experiences, from a teamwork assignment to a formal work placement or an activity that didn’t work out. This week’s featured resource is from the reflection and feedback series and includes strategies to help students make sense of their learning and align it with their future goals. Maximise learning with critical reflection will be most effective if students have first created a personalised employability profile as part of the 10-step Developing EmployABILITY process. Members of the Developing EmployABILITY community have access to the new resource. If you haven’t signed up yet, become a member here. There is no charge for employABILITY resources.
