Two-Point Locking System

Our spring-loaded security foot bolt is easy to lock, easy to release, and can be set to allow ventilation with extra security.

Available on French sliding patio doors, this premium two-point locking system engages the door panel at two points on the jamb.

Colors have been reproduced as accurately as printing technologies permit.

Clad Finishes

Wood Interiors Standard interior is clear natural pine ready to stain, seal or paint. Pre-primed interior is also available.

Vetter offers seven standard cladding colors: Charcoal Black, Dark Bronze, Hunter Green, Sable, Sandalwood, Parchment and White. Or choose one of Vetter’s 48 designer colors. Clients also have the the luxury of custom matching any color to suit their needs.

1 Frame Windows feature precision-milled, kiln-dried select western wood and preservative treated surfaces. Choose two-, three- or four-wide configurations in heights of 6'8", 6'11" or 8'. Available in primed wood or extruded aluminum cladding. Clad frames feature accessory groove with a 1-1/2" nailing fin.

2 Panel Select either traditional narrow-stile or French-stile panels. Joints are secured with glued hardwood dowels for added strength and durability. Operating panels roll smoothly on adjustable dual tandem rollers.

Glazing

Customize your designs with geometric transoms. Select half round or elliptical direct set units or rectangular sash set units. All are available factory and field stacked.

Interior glazing with a traditionallyprofiled wood bead. Nominal 3/4" dual-sealed insulated tempered glass is adhesive-bedded to the exterior. 3/4" EasyCare™ Low-E2 argon glass is optional on all doors for easier, less frequent cleaning. Other glass options include high-altitude and Turtle, Bronze or Grey tinted glass.

Aluminum cladding and a baked-on polyester paint protect units from chips and cracks, providing a virtually maintenance-free exterior. Narrow-stile doors feature roll form cladding. French-stile doors feature extruded aluminum cladding.

Weatherstripping Sill and side jamb joints are gasketsealed to eliminate water infiltration. The perimeter of the frame has a hollow bulb weather-strip with a flexible fin sweep at the bottom of the operating panel to provide superior energy performance.

4 Sill System Vetter’s exclusive Triplex sill has a durable anodized extruded aluminum sill cover with a Lexan® panel track for smooth operation. The sill is finished to the interior with a hardwood threshold.

Extension Jambs Standard frame depth is 4-9/16" with extensions available up through 7-7/16".

Screen Premium aluminum screens are available with Charcoal Gray 18 x 16 fiberglass mesh, color-matched exterior.

Divided Lites Vetter’s Ashford Simulated Divided Lites (shown here) are available in 7/8" and 1-1/4" wide bars. Other grille options include 7/8" or 1-1/4" profiled full-surround wood grilles, which provide a divided lite appearance, but are easily removable from the interior. Grilles In Airspace (GIA) are available in 5/8" flat, 3/4" profiled, and are offered in matching clad colors.
