Face the center of the circle. 1.

Pivot on the right foot as the arms come all the way up and wrap around the body on the first "Musawir Allah", and repeat movements to the left on the second “Musawir Allah”.

2.

Facing counterclockwise in the line of direction, take one step forward with the right foot on “Willing” and one large step inward toward the center of the circle with the left foot on “unwilling”, as hands make fists and pull into the chest. Fist and arms open into the space above on “What”. Fists unclench as the arms straighten and then come down on each side of body. Repeat until the circle is very close.

3.

Place the right hand on the right shoulder in front of you on “No longer” and the left hand on the left shoulder in front of you on “resisting". Massage the person in front of you gently through “molded”.

4.

Begin stepping outwards, swaying as you continue to massage, taking a larger step to the right than to the left to expand the circle on “kneaded like”. Disenge as we naturally expand the circle, and walk backwards to our expanded circle to begin again.

If there is a large number of dancers and the space is limited, you can do the first movement facing in the line of direction instead of facing center.
