PLEASE NOTE: The standard church WEDDING FEE includes the organist’s fee. If you wish to engage a choir or soloists, please note that ADDITIONAL FEES apply, and indicate your request in the final segment of this form.

NB: Soloist fee will be confirmed at the time of booking. When a vocal or instrumental soloist is performing, there is an additional fee of $50 for the organist/pianist rehearsal with the soloist. We would like to engage ST MARY'S CHOIR to sing ($450). We request permission to make an audio/video recording of the wedding service.
