I also suggest that you printout the “Guidelines for Shake and Cleanse Days” sheet located in the “Worksheets for Success” tab for a more visual approach to your journey.

Note: I will be your main contact for cleanse coaching and product questions, however if I am unavailable Isagenix cleanse coach, Dr. Ina Nozek DC, MS, would be more than happy to help you.
