Welcome TRPs!! Here is the list of new features that has been added to the web site to make the task easier for you.
1. Upload Claim functionality This feature helps you to add returns in bulk rather than single record at a time. Earlier if there was an error, even in a single record, in uploaded excel file then entire upload used to fail. Now, the entire upload does not get failed in case of incorrect records in the uploaded excel file. The correct records get uploaded in RC successfully and it shows the errors for the failed records. 2. Bank Details Access to Disabled TRPs Bank Details option is provided under ‘Quick Links’ to enable the disabled TRPs to update their bank details. This will help in clearing their claims which could not be disbursed to their accounts. 3. Incentive Calculator If you wish to calculate the incentive to be charged from assesse, then you can make use of this option which is available as a button on the upper right corner of the home page. 4. Monthly return details of TRP With this option, you can enter the no of returns that you will file for a particular month and year. It will not accept the value if the details related to that month/year has already been filled by you. This is just a declaration of the no of returns that will be filed by you for that month. However, you have to enter these records either by Add Claim functionality or Bulk claim functionality. 5. Reset Password of TRP If you have forgotten your password, then you call the helpdesk and on the spot they will reset your password and mail you the same, which can be later changed to any of your own password using ‘Change Password’ functionality.
