Roskin, Bill served as a Senior Advisor of Viacom, Inc. since September 15, 2005., and also served as its Executive Vice President of Administration and Human Resources from November 2004 to September 15, 2005. Mr. Roskin also served as an Executive Officer of Viacom, Inc. since April 1988 to 2006. He founded Roskin Consulting, a consulting firm with a specialty in media-related human relations, in 2009. Mr. Roskin joined Viacom in 1988 and served as its Vice President of Human Resources and Administration from 1988 to 1992 and also served as its Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration from July 1992 to 2004. Prior to joining Viacom, Mr. Roskin served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources of Coleco Industries Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of children's toys, from 1986 to 1988. Prior to that, Mr. Roskin spent ten years Warner Communications Inc. (now known as Time Warner Inc.), a media and entertainment company, where he held several executive positions in labor relations, including Vice President of Industrial and Labor Relations. Mr. Roskin has been an Independent Director of Media & Entertainment Holdings Inc. since April 2006. Mr. Roskin has been an Independent Director of Ritz Interactive, Inc. since January 2005. He has been an Independent Director of ION Media Networks, Inc. (Formerly Paxson Communications Corp.) since June 23, 2006. He has been a Director of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc., since October 2008. He served as General Counsel to the City of New York's Department of Personnel and City Civil Service Commission from 1971 to 1976. Mr. Roskin holds an LLM in Labor law from New York University's School of Law, an L.L.B. from St. Johns University School of Law, and a B.B.A. from the City College of New York.
