Supplemental Figure 1. Overexpression of YFP tagged Rheb (YFP-Rheb) induces skeletal muscle fiber hypertrophy in-vivo. (A) Mouse TA muscles were transfected with YFP-Rheb. At 7 days post transfection, cross-sections from the mid-belly of the muscle were subjected to immunohistochemistry for YFP-Rheb and laminin. (B) The cross-sectional area (CSA) of YFPRheb transfected and non-transfected (negative) fibers were determined and plotted on a histogram.
